Terms of Use — Captain 37

1. About This Service
Captain 37 provides lesson support for students studying towards ZIM (Zambia Institute of Marketing) qualifications — Certificate in Marketing (Levels 3 and 4), Diploma in Marketing (Level 6), and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Captain 37 is not affiliated with ZIM and does not act on ZIM's behalf. Membership, registration, and examinations remain entirely between you and ZIM directly.

2. Fees and Payment
Lesson fees quoted on this site are for tuition support only and are payable to Captain 37. Exam fees, membership fees, and center fees are separate and are paid directly to ZIM or to your chosen exam center — never to Captain 37. All fees displayed are estimates until an application is reviewed and approved by your tutor. A confirmed fee is communicated via WhatsApp once your application is approved.

3. Discounts, Promotions and Codes
Promotional discounts, ZIM membership discounts, group promo codes, and referral credit are offered at Captain 37's discretion and may be changed, withdrawn, or capped at any time without notice. Where more than one discount or code could apply to the same application, only the single largest discount is honoured — discounts do not stack. Dissertation / research project subjects are excluded from all discounts. Referral credit is earned only once a referred applicant has confirmed payment, and is not exchangeable for cash.

4. Applications and Approval
Submitting an application is not a guarantee of enrolment. Captain 37 reserves the right to approve, decline, or request further information on any application, including verification of membership numbers or promo code eligibility. Once approved, a payment deadline is set — if payment is not confirmed within the stated period, the application may be marked as Elapsed and you will need to reapply.

5. Revision Sessions
Revision sessions are a separate service with separate fees. Membership discounts, promo codes, and referral credit do not apply to revision session fees.

6. Study Materials and Conduct
Guides, notes, and any materials provided through Captain 37 are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission.

7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
